support@bobi.appGo to Profile → Social Networks → Connect Instagram. You'll be redirected to Instagram to authorize the connection. Make sure your Instagram account is set to a Business or Creator account for full functionality.
Creator tiers are calculated automatically based on your Instagram follower count and engagement metrics. Tiers update when your Instagram data is refreshed. You can trigger a refresh from Profile → Social Networks.
Navigate to Credits → Withdraw. Withdrawals require a verified bank account linked to your profile. Minimum withdrawal amount is 10 BC.
Companies typically review submitted content within 1–3 business days. If it's been longer than 5 business days with no response, contact us at support@bobi.app with your task details.
After posting to Instagram and submitting your link, go to Tasks → In Progress and tap your campaign. You'll see a "Submit Proof of Engagement" button where you can upload screenshots of your post's engagement metrics.
Profile pictures are pulled from Instagram and may take a moment to load. Pull to refresh on the Creators screen, or disconnect and reconnect your Instagram account if the issue persists.
Email us at support@bobi.app with a brief description of the issue, what you were doing when it happened, and your device model and iOS version.
To request deletion of your account and all associated data, email us at support@bobi.app with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" from the email address linked to your Bobi account.
We will process your request within 30 days. Note that deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
